The farmhouse restaurant is open every day and offers traditional local cuisine; always paying particular attention to the quality and naturalness of products, which are in great part internally produced. During the summer, it is possible to lunch and dine outdoors, in the antique and suggestive court, which in warm seasons is set up as a garden in the midst of geraniums, jasmine plants, wisteria, rose bushes and lush vegetation. Instead, in the colder seasons you can enjoy your meals warmed by the heat of the fireplace in the first floor lounge, where the restaurant was obtained from the ancient barn. The beam trusses with brick grids from the original building dating back to 1600 are still visible in the saloon. Instead, on the ground floor is another guest house called “Wisteria Room” because of the decorations on the ceiling. The farmhouse’s most famous dish is the Cassinazza roast pork, a suckling pig naturally raised (this is the reason why the meat is incredibly white), then rid of bones, recomposed with different aromas, and finally oven cooked, without forgetting about the cheese gnocchi and homemade fresh pasta.
